Orders and Shipping

On almost every product page you can view an estimated shipping date.  There are also convenient speed options so if you need this fast please do choose EXPRESS. 😀

Simply create an account at checkout or by visiting our Account Area.

We recommend creating an account vs. guest checkout so you can track your order after it is placed.

You can change your address by viewing your Account Area and logging in.  

Please note if you have placed an order with an incorrect address please contact support via the online chat message system immediately as we cannot be held responsible for products being shipped incorrectly after purchase.

Simply log into your account area in the top right of this page… Then goto View Orders.

We hold no physical credit card information on file.  All card details entered are taken by STRIPE and Woopayments securely using the latest in online security.

VAT is applicable on certain products but not all print products contain VAT.  

If VAT is applicable it will be calculated at checkout.

Although most of our services are for the UK – we do offer services worldwide.

If you need to swap an item

Returns and Exchanges

Because you are ordering a personalised item we cannot offer refunds or exchanges unless the fault is clearly ours.

For example if you checkout on our website and use our online designer.  Then you claim there is an incorrect spelling in the content.  In this case we are not to be held responsible as the online designer acts as a proofing system.

If you order something through our designer and they have made a mistake but you have not noticed this in the proof email that you have approved then again we are not to be held responsible.

If however a proof has been sent and awareness has been brought to a mistake but we print the incorrect artwork, then we take full responsibility and will rectify any issue.

If the order has begun production then unfortunately it will be impossible to cancel the order.  

Our advice would be to contact us as soon as possible after your order.  Sometimes if we catch the order within 30 minutes it can be cancelled but we operate a completely automated system.
